Your legal duty
The Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 (EAWR) and the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 (HSWA) place a duty on employers to ensure all electrical equipment in the workplace is safe and properly maintained. The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER) reinforces this for any equipment used by employees. Regular PAT testing is the recognised method of demonstrating compliance.

What we test
From desktop workstations to kitchen kettles, we test and label every Class I and Class II appliance — providing a complete asset register alongside your certification.
Desktop PCs, laptops, monitors, docking stations and all associated power supplies.
Laser printers, inkjet printers, multifunction devices and shredders.
Phone chargers, laptop adaptors, USB hubs and extension leads.
Kettles, microwaves, toasters, coffee machines and refrigerators.
Projectors, screens, conference phones, routers and network switches.
Drills, saws and any portable power tools used on or around the premises.
How we work
We schedule testing around your office hours — early mornings, evenings or weekends — so your team can keep working. Our engineers work systematically through each floor or department, labelling every appliance and recording results in real time.
We agree a testing schedule that fits your office hours and appliance volumes before we arrive.
Engineers work through each area methodically, minimising disruption to individual workstations.
Every tested item receives a dated pass or fail label so status is immediately visible.
A complete asset register and compliance certificate issued on completion — ready for your H&S records.
