Common questions
Pricing FAQs
Is there a call-out fee?
No. There are no call-out fees. For sites with fewer than 150 appliances a small service charge of £70 applies to cover travel and set-up time. For 151 appliances and above, you pay only the per-appliance rate.
How is the appliance count determined?
Every portable electrical appliance is logged and recorded at the time of test — computers, monitors, kettles, printers, extension leads, power tools, and similar items. Quote prices are worked out from the estimated number of appliances given at the time of booking.
Do prices include VAT?
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT at the standard rate will be added to your invoice.
Can you test across multiple sites?
Yes. We cover London, Kent, Essex, West Sussex, East Sussex, Surrey, Hertfordshire, and Cambridgeshire. Multi-site organisations can request a consolidated quote covering all locations.
How quickly can you carry out the testing?
We aim to schedule most commercial visits within five to ten working days of a confirmed quote. Urgent requirements can often be accommodated — contact us to discuss your timescale.
What documentation will I receive?
You will receive a full PAT certificate, an asset register listing every appliance tested, and individual pass/fail labels applied to each item. Documentation is available in printed and digital formats.
Ready to book your PAT test?
Tell us your site location and approximate appliance count and we'll confirm your price and availability.
